I will be back to regular blogging starting tomorrow.  I have been assembling pictures of all my final projects and once I have them uploaded I will have show and tell!   Here is a little preview.

An award for me!!

I started blogging August of 2010 about my experiences good and bad as I make my way through Interior Design school.  I haven't been able to blog as often as I intended however I still managed to make some amazing connections through blogging and this amazing thing called SOCIAL MEDIA.  I totally love Social Media and today was one of those days that just seals the deal!!  One of my blogging friends Tammy @ Type A who I would love to meet in person some day has been kind enough to give me this little award. 

So in order to accept this award it did come with a set of rules....and you know how I love rules!!!!  So here is the scoop!

1.  Thank and link back the blogger that awarded this to you.  (Thank them, hug them, send them xoxoxo......and link back because bloggers are very polite people...oh yeah and its a rule too!)
2.  Share seven things about yourself.  (Wow.....only seven...I am sort of an open book it might be hard to stop at seven and this is one rule that I think would be o.k. to break)
3.  Award other fellow bloggers.  (No limit on this one...but keep it real...and award it to bloggers that really touch you and that you read often)

Okay so seven things about myself.
1.   I love to sing but can't carry a tune.
2.   I wanted to be a Doctor.
3.   I have very bright green eyes.
4.   I know how to do Michael Jackson's Thriller Dance but only after a shot or two of tequila.
5.   I LOVE tequila.
6.   I am known to clean the house by tossing whatever is lying around into a closet.
7.   I am addicted to Facebook and the world of Social Media.
8.   I am a bit of a dork.  ( I knew I couldn't stop at seven things about me.)
9.   I hope something I design will be featured in a magazine one day.
10. I love anything and everything that is design related be it Interior Design, Art, Architecture, or Landscaping.
11. I am a bit of an overachiever  (Another reason I had to write more than seven things about me.)

School begins on January 31 and I am all registered for my next semester.  I haven't blogged since before Christmas and I apologize.  However I am all rested up and promise to blog more often in 2011.  I am so excited about the promise of 2011.  I just know it is going to be an exciting and great year!!
